To book Hastings Castle tickets only, please take note of the below information:

Please purchase tickets at least one hour before you intend to visit.

You do not need to print your tickets – simply show the code on your confirmation email starting SMU-COL.

Carer tickets for disabled visitors are available on the door, free of charge. Visitors with a disability can purchase suitable tickets below. Proof of disability / carer status is required on entry.

Toddlers 2 and under are free of charge.

Tickets for Smugglers Adventure must be bought separately through the Smugglers Adventure website.

Tickets must be used by 02/11/2025.

The West Hill Lift is operated independently – please contact them directly.
