 The Aquarium opens at 10am, and tickets are valid for entry AT ANY TIME on your chosen day up until 1 hour before the advertised closing time. Please check our opening and closing times on our website. Visitor Information can be found here.

E-tickets are non-refundable and can be used for a single day visit within 6 months of your purchase date.

Tickets for Disabled guests who require a Carer to accompany them on their visit are also listed here. One carer is admitted free with each disabled guest. Proof of Carer Status will be required on entrance to the Aquarium. Any additional Carers will need to purchase a Standard Ticket.

We are not offering timeslots so please be aware there may be unavoidable queuing and waiting times during your visit on busy days.

Please note that on busy days the wait may be 1 hour or more and all queuing is outside, so please come prepared for wet weather!

E-tickets are not fast track tickets and all customers must join the queue.

You may prefer to visit in the quieter afternoon. The quietest times of the day are after 3pm.

No dogs, cats or other animals are permitted entry to the aquarium. 

Please note that once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, either print out this email or show your ticket code on your phone when you visit.

For security reasons, the address you provide with your order MUST be the same as the address your payment card is registered to.
