Your Booking

You are booking Role Play tickets.

  • All adults and children attending must be paid for.
  • Please ensure that you book for everyone in your group. We may not be able to admit additional people on the day if we have reached capacity.
  • Adults are responsible for the supervision of the children in their care. To provide adequate supervision, you should have at least 1 adult for every 3 children in your group.
  • Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our rules of play.
  • Once booked, reservations cannot be refunded but may be transferred to a different date for a £5 administration fee if at least 24 hours’ notice is given before your visit. Please telephone us if you need to do this on 01482 880091.
  • Please do not arrive before the start of your booked time slot as we will not permit entry before this time. 
  • Please have your e-ticket or your reference number ready on arrival.
  • We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave before the end of their play session if they are not following our rules of play or are displaying symptoms of illness.
  • We are cashless. We accept card and contactless payments only.
