Your Booking

You are booking Soft Play tickets.

  • All adults and children attending must be paid for.
  • Adults are responsible for the supervision of the children in their care. To provide adequate supervision, you should have at least 1 adult for every 5 children in your group.
  • Entry by pre-booked ticket only.
  • Includes New Year celebrations at 12 noon.
  • Celebrations include party cannons which have loud bangs.
  • Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our rules of play.
  • Once booked, reservations cannot be refunded.
  • Please have your e-ticket or your reference number ready on arrival.
  • You will be allocated a table on arrival.
  • Event duration 9:30am – 2pm.
  • We reserve the right to ask visitors to leave before the end of their play session if they are not following our rules of play or are displaying symptoms of illness.
  • We are cashless. We accept card and contactless payments only.
