Cardholder Name (required)	This is your name, the Cardholder, exactly as it is printed on the card.
Card Type (required)	This is the type of card that you have. Visa Debit Cards and Visa Cards should not be confused as the Card Number must be consistent with the Card Type.
Card Number (required)	The card number as printed on the front of the card. For Maestro cards, which is also a cheque guarantee card, it is the long number.
Expiry Date (required)	This is the expiry date as printed on the card. If your card has expired, do not use it, as it will be rejected.
Issue Number	This only applies to certain Maestro cards. If you are not using one of these cards, do not input a value here. If you are using a Maestro card and it does not have an issue number on it, enter a zero.
Start Date	If the start date is printed on your card you must set it here.
Security Code (required)	Also known as the Card Verification Value, this is a 3 digit number normally on the back of the card on the right of the signature strip. In the case of American Express it is a 4 digit number on the front of the card normally to the right.
