What happens when I purchase a ticket online?
On payment of your order you will be emailed your Wellington Country Park e-Ticket(s). This will contain a barcode, unique to your booking, and booking reference number. You will need to present your ticket on arrival.
What if I do not have access to a printer?
It is not a problem if you do not have access to a printer, you can either:
-Make sure you have access to your email including barcode and booking reference on your phone
-If you don’t have a printer or phone, make a note of your booking reference number. Bring this with you along with a form of photographic ID eg. Driving licence, passport etc and present this along with reference number when you arrive
Do you issue refunds?
We are unable to issue any refunds for any reason for online e-Tickets be it weather, vehicle breakdown, illness etc. Tickets purchased online can only be used on the selected date and no refunds will be given, if they are not redeemed on that set date.
Please note, the management do reserve the right to refuse entry, to alter the programme of events, date, opening times, prices and terms and conditions without prior notice and that for operational, technical, safety or any other reason any advertised exhibit, attraction or any facilities on site may be closed, removed altered or maybe unavailable at any time. No refund or discount on ticket prices will be offered should any of these circumstances apply and no matter for how long.

Do I have to visit on the date I have booked the ticket for?
The ticket you have purchased is only valid for the date you have booked. Online Tickets are non-transferable with no exceptions. More information can be seen within the Terms and Conditions of your e-Ticket.
Is there fast track entry if I buy my tickets online?
There is no guarantee of a specified fast track entry route for any tickets purchased in advance online. However, Wellington Country Park will do their upmost where possible to ensure that on busy days, Annual Pass and Online Ticket holders gain entry to the Park quicker than normal guests paying on their day.
Do you charge for the Car Park?
There is no additional charge for parking and plenty of space available within the Car Park.
Can I purchase additional tickets on the day that I visit?
If you require any additional tickets for entry into the Park on the day, these can be purchased at the Main Reception. Please note, any additional tickets purchased on the day will be charged at our normal day entry price.
