Visit time in the Discovery Experience is 1 hour 15 minutes, please arrive promptly for your visit to help with visitor flow and ensure you can relax and enjoy your time with us. Thank you for your support and understanding on this.
If your group is larger than 6 please call us to book on 01620 890 202 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm). If the time slot you are looking for is not available, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The Government has a gift aid scheme to help further support charities like the Scottish Seabird Centre. One of our ticket price options is to include a voluntary 10% donation onto your ticket price. Then, if you are a UK tax payer, we’re allowed to claim the gift aid back on the whole amount you’ve paid. This will further help support us to continue to inspire people about Scotland’s marine environment and to motivate them to care for it into the future.

Remember, if you are planning to visit more than twice in a year, we recommend a Scottish Seabird Centre Membership. This gives you free entry to our Discovery Experience for 12 months and you'll enjoy a host of other benefits. Income from our Memberships helps support our Education and Conservation work.
Please note that parking in North Berwick is limited so please allow plenty of time before your slot to find a parking space. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booking we cannot guarantee entry.
