  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable or transferable and cannot be cancelled.
  • Tickets include access to selected onsite activities: Dino Golf, JCB, Goldies Gold Mine where you can mine for Reindeer food and Springy's Beach.
  • You are welcome to arrive at any time between 5pm and 7pm
  • Please be advised that a non-refundable booking fee of 20p applies per transaction
  • Disabled guests pay full price, but can bring an essential carer for free. Carer tickets cannot be booked online, please show proof of entitlement on arrival.
  • Each person aged 3+ needs their own ticket.
