Membership Benefits

• UNLIMITED all inclusive admission to Adventure Land for 1 calendar year from the date of purchase (subject to normal opening hours.) PLEASE NOTE: Adventure Land and Springy’s Diner are closed for the month of January and re-open for February Half Term
• 10% discount in Springy’s American Diner (please present your card before payment)
• Book a party and the Birthday child comes FREE (if they are a member when pre-booking the party). 
• 25% discount in Springy’s American Diner on your birthday/s. Please email us in advance

Membership Terms and Conditions

• If you purchase membership online, you will be able to collect your membership card on your first visit – cards will not be posted.
• Your membership card, along with photo ID is required to be shown on each and every visit.
• Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable or transferable and they cannot be cancelled.
• Adventure Land and Springy’s Diner are closed for the month of January, and up to the start of half term in February.
• During off peak periods, Adventure Land and Springy’s Diner may be closed from Monday – Wednesday.
• Please present your card before payment in the Diner to receive the 10% discount.
• Please email us to us of your upcoming birthday to receive the 25% discount in the Diner.
• Wristbands must be worn at all times inside Adventure Land.
• Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over and children must be supervised at all times.
• All advertised opening times are subject to change.
• Discount vouchers, coupons or other special offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• Organisers/Carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.
• To avail any membership discount, you must present the offer/card BEFORE the completion of your transaction. Refunds cannot be given after the event.

Refusal of Entry - We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who: 

• Is suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol 
• Does not respect the facilities, grounds and buildings of the attraction 
• Behaves in a manner which is disruptive to the enjoyment of other visitors 
• Behaves in a manner which compromises the safety of other visitors or staff 
• Uses verbal or physical threats or insults toward any member of staff

Please note: Some attractions may need to close without warning due to inclement weather, maintenance, or for circumstances beyond our control. You are advised to check in advance of your visit.
