Gift voucher terms & conditions

  • The recipient must bring their gift voucher with them to gain entrance to Park Hall. Under 14s are not permitted without an adult.

  • All gift vouchers should be checked on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

  • Opening days and times must be checked before visiting.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunds made after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be transferred. Gift vouchers cannot be resold for commercial gain.

  • Defaced or altered gift tickets will become void and the holder will be refused admission.

  • Proof of entitlement for certain gift ticket purchases may be required for entry e.g. disabled ticket
