Ukrainian Baking Workshop

Paska is a yeast-risen bread celebrated across Eastern Europe including Ukraine. Researched in collaboration with local Ukrainian refugees we’ll discuss the meaning of this symbolic bread. Learn about the importance of the loaf to Ukrainian identity while creating this sweet treat complete with plaited decoration.
